Terms & Conditions

SkyLinker designs and develops websites and related digital services for businesses. Websites are built using AI-powered tools and reviewed by our team before delivery. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project.

All pricing is custom and shared on request. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date they are issued. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• A booking advance is required to start any project.
• Final balance is payable before the website goes live.
• Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, support) are billed as agreed at the time of purchase.

• Provide accurate content, images, and information required for the project.
• Respond to review requests in a timely manner so timelines can be met.
• Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe any third-party rights.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately. Timelines begin once all required content and the advance payment are received.

Because work begins immediately on receiving an advance, advances are non-refundable once development has started. Any refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design delivered to you. We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Some projects rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, or plugins. SkyLinker is not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes of these third parties.

Websites delivered by SkyLinker are created using AI-powered tools alongside human review. While we take reasonable care to ensure quality, you are responsible for reviewing final content before it goes live.

SkyLinker's total liability for any claim arising out of the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
